This monthly update is intended to be a high-level update to talk about goals, vision, and progress.

Announcements

• Quality comes from focusing on a few things (ideally one) and getting as good as possible on them.

What were the priorities for the month?

• Explored new ways to find leads consistently. Tried cold emails and more content creation.
• Worked on becoming a better designer by being more proactive, better communicating with engineers, and less multitasking.
• Improving my website, story, and offer by recreating them over and over again.

Lessons learned for the month?

• I was able to understand how cold emails were working, get a better idea of who my ideal customer is, and improve the way I create content.
• Focusing on the basics and doing the boring work is what will get me to stand out as a designer and businessman.
• It takes time and many trials in order to figure out the right offer, the right presentation, and the right design.
