Simple Guide to Manage Your Money & Make $28k/month
You are not rich yet because you do not know how to manage and make your money work for you.
You just spend the money you earn, because well, you earned it.
I am not rich yet, which is a good thing, because I do not know how to make my money work for me.
Fortunately, I have understood a while before earning my first dollars how to manage it and create a management system that makes it easy for me to use it.
There are tons of money guides (more or less scammy), and I don’t want to make it boring for you so I’ll be quick and try to say things you don’t see written everywhere.
#1 Learn to make money and do not earn money
These are 2 ideas that, at first, look to be opposed, but in fact, they’re everything you need to learn if you want to make $28k/month and manage your economy.
There’s a very small difference between “make” and “earn”, which is the reason why they’re not the same word.
Make is an action. Earn is a result. Right?
The problem of earning money is that it makes you soft. It turns your brain into a machine that kills your hunger for making more money and achieving your craziest dreams.
The advantage of making money is that it is infinite. You can make as much money as you want because you live in an era full of potentials. As long as you have the gut to do something, you can.
Earning money will push you to play it safe and keep follow the crowd because you have no risk. (Except living a boring life and dying full of regrets if you’re aware enough of your own desires).
How to solve this problem? Super easy!
Imagine that you have just lost your job, right at this moment. You have expenses to pay, maybe loans to pay back, potentially a family to feed.
And at this moment your brain starts working at 200%, thinking about ways to make money, to trade your knowledge, to calculate, etc.
Your hunger is back.
The key to making money is to find how to make money.
#2 Make your money work for you
Everything that mentions quick-easy-ways-to-make-money-for-free-100%-guarantee is fake. Move on.
The best and unique way to make $28k/month is to make your money work for you on the long-term.
Best strategies? Investing in real estate and in the stock market. Period.
Earlier in the article, I mentioned that I wasn’t rich yet because I didn’t know how to make my money work for me. Remember?
To be honest with you, I know how to make it work for me, but not enough to become rich.
And most people who lose are the same. They jump on pseudo-experts advises without taking into account 99% of the rules, and end up broke.
The reasons why you’re not making $28k/month are because 1) You don’t know enough 2) You take advises from the wrong persons 3) You are not patient enough.
If you have solved these 3 problems in your life, chances are you’re already making $28k/month or have the potential to make this much.
Do not let your money sleep in your bank account, make it work, use it, and learn from it. Life is long and possibilities are endless when you’re not scared of failing.
#3 Have a Budget Plan & Advisers
This part works in 2 steps. The first step is from $0/month to $8k/month, the second step is from $8k/month to Infinite.
If you’re reading this article, chances are you’ll need these 2 steps.
STEP 1: Have a Budget Plan
When I received my first income of $2,500, I have instantly prepared a Budget Plan.
A budget plan, for the ones who don’t know, is a plan that your money will follow in order to easily manage it.
It is essential if you desire to make $28k/month because it allows you to know where to use your money and how much you can use.
The problem with most people is that they receive money and spend it. End of the game.
How to make a budget plan? It depends on your life, expenses, and goals but here is a very simple budget plan you can use right away:
40% Living Expenses (Food, Accommodation, etc.) / 50% Investment (Business, Stock Market, Books, Real Estate) / 10% Savings (Do not touch this money, can only be used when something terrible happens)
Simple, Easy, Efficient.
From this point, you can be more specific and say that within the 50% Investment, 5% is for books, 25% for the stock market, etc. Make a Budget plan that fits you.
Once you have it, follow it! Good luck. It’s going to save your life.
STEP 2: Advisers
Do not listen to your family and friends who are living paycheck after paycheck, or your banker.
Pay Advisers who know what they’re doing. Ideally, companies who have proven track records, a strong list of clients, and who you can trust.
It might some time to find the right one, but they’re going to change your life.
Their goal is to manage your money. Make it grow, advise you on your best finance options, and save as much as they can from taxes.
As soon as you start making over $5k/month, make your researches, learn as much as you can, and try to find what could fit you the best.
Once you reach $8k/month, you will have enough money to pay advisers and manage it.
#4 Life is too short to be little
Honestly, seeing all of these people playing life safe, throwing their money on stupid and ephemeral things, and killing their dreams because of fear is destroying my heart.
You have to be careful with the way you manage your money, more than anybody else if you want to make $28k/month, but don’t forget to truly live your life too.
I came up with $28k/month of revenue because it’s the amount of money I need to achieve my dreams and live the life I want. If you need more, make more money, find more ways.
Make a list of 5 things of you’d love having, doing, and being within the next 6 months, and find out how much this would cost you every day and every month.
Honestly, be selfish and crazy. For me, it’s, for example, Flying in Business Class every single time I take the airplane (Doing), or an Omega Moonwatch Dark Side of the Moon Black Edition (Having).
With $28k/month you have plenty of money to spend on the things you love!
